A 90-minute class full of dance, energy and good music. We start with a warm-up and strength exercises, then explore different urban Afro styles and movements and bring them together through choreography. Every class brings something new, but most of all plenty of dancing and good energy.

A 60-minute class focused on movement, feeling and exploration. We discover different urban Afro styles and their movements, go deeper into them, feel them and find our own way of expressing ourselves. Instead of traditional choreography, we dance through shorter combinations and different movement exercises. No mirrors, with more space for groove, feeling and simply enjoying the dance.

Choreography created according to your wishes, chosen music and dance experience. We can focus on one style or mix different ones, from Afro and hip hop to reggaeton, bachata, kizomba, Cuban salsa or other dance styles. The main goal is to create something that truly feels like you and that you feel comfortable and enjoy dancing.

A private class tailored to your experience, wishes and pace. We can focus on different urban Afro styles, reggaeton, bachata or Cuban salsa, specific movements and technique, or simply feeling more confident and relaxed while dancing. Each class is shaped around what you would like to explore and improve.
